I was so excited the other day, I went to CVS and made out like a bandit! A clear sighted toilet paper bandit.
1 Scott 12pk $6.99
1 ClearCare Double Pack $14.99 (get back 5 Extra Care Bucks, limit 1 deal)
Here come the coupons!
-$4 off of $20 CVS Coupon **
-$5 off 2 ClearCare’s *** (from the CVS Scanner-oddly the last time this was on sale it didn’t print)
-$3 ClearCare Double Pack (from the 5/08/11 newspaper Smartsource)
-$1 Scott Toilet Tissue (from the 5/08/11)*
-$5 EXTRACARE BUCKS (this is going to roll, so I will get them back from the Eye Care after purchase)
=$5.00! This is awesome! $2.50 for my favorite toilet paper and $2.50 for my favorite eye care, and a double pack at that!
Wheeeeeee…..Normally before couponing I would of paid $21 for all of this stuff (and that would be the sale price), now I pay $5!
*THIS IS A GREAT COUPON (I might get some extras online), Scott 1,000 roll coupons NEVER come out, usually only the Naturals or the Paper Towel.
**When you attach your CVS Extra Care Reward card to your email address you automatically get a $4 off $20. And then periodically you will be emailed these coupons $ off $ purchase.
***The coupon says 2 Clearcares. And you are purchasing a double pack. It works and doesn’t beep. They changed the wording on these coupons (I get about 4 of these a year) late last year, but if you examine the fine print of the sale (which is what they are hoping you will use it during), the ECB deal is limit one, so that would be silly for them to expect you to buy 2, one at regular price and one on sale.
