44 Loaves of Bread for $11. Yes, that’s 4/$1.00

My favorite day old bread store (Flower Company which carries Nature’s Own) was clearing off the shelves since I am guessing they’ll be closed on Thursday and Friday.

I have 4 kids and a deep freeze. A deep freezer saves you money! I bought 44 loaves! What does that look like? Only about half full actually.

I still have in there 5 gallons of frozen water (to save energy and in the event Jesus comes back my neighbors have something to drink) and some frozen bagel thins from their last 4/$1.00 sale.

Bread lots of Bread

You might be saying this is too much. My family couldn’t possibly eat this much bread.

However in our family, we can eat a loaf of bread in day, easy. This is only 3 months or so worth, which I got at 80% my usual sale price at the day old bread store of $1.25.  And if you mommas aren’t lucky like me to have this, you are paying $2.00 on sale for this bread. So for you the value of this bread is $88.00 which  I got for only $11.00.

All I gotta say is thank you God!
