I stopped into Kroger to get a prescription filled. I found some of the $3 peelies on some of the Comforts Diapers. Now mind you the peelies were on different packages but they were for “any Comfort diapers”. They did not say “Only on THIS”. So I peeled them off and used them instead on the sizes I was buying. THEY ARE STILL ON SALE FOR 6.49
Here is my coupon morality
If the peelie states “any” and I am going to buy them right then and there, I have no problem with that. However I do have a problem with going into a store and taking peelies off of products and then pocketing them for purchase at a different time or a different store. I have a similiar feeling about Hangtags In my opinion, a representative from the company came in and applied these peelies and hangtags to the packages for the intent to sell them at that store.
BUT, for Blinkies (machines that spits out) or Coupons on a Tearpad: Take as many as you want and use them where you want.
A similar printable coupon is here.
These coupons do state one per customer per transaction.
So I rang each pack up individually just in case the system wouldn’t accept it 3 packages in one transaction.
At Kroger today (and also have found at Publix) are Johnson and Johnson blinkie machines spitting out $3 off any 2.
There was lots of clearanced bandages, wraps, etc. I found some butterfly closures ( I have boys, therefore I expect something might come up) for .77 and some Pink Breast cancer bandaids for 1.49.
I could of tried to buy stuff for under $3 but I knew who was working the checkout, and she is stickler and it wasn’t worth the fight today. So instead I bought some Bandaids for 2.49 and the butterfly bandaid for .77. So I got 4 packs of bandaids for .52 plus tax.
Valentines Hershey Special Dark Kisses are marked down to 1.25 a bag, there is a 1.00 off coupon from 11/09 SS, so I got them for .25 a bag.
I wish I had my coupon book on me, at the Eastlake Kroger there was Garden of Eatin tortilla chips marked down to 1.50 a bag in the clearance cart.. There is a 1.00 off 2 coupon 01/25RP. Which would of made them .50 a bag. I personally buy Blue Organic Chips at Aldis for 1.69 bag normally so this is a good deal.
GARDEN OF EATIN .50
