Sale Price $1.25 (my neighbor loves this stuff, unfortunately there are no coupons out there to make this deal sweet, usually there is a .50 cent coupon which doubles therefore letting me get it for her for .25 cents plus the cost of the coupon.)

Vidalia Sweet Onions $.99 a pound

Florida Red Potatoes $2.99 for 5lb bag
Red potatoes make an amazing warm potato salad. I made it once for a barbecue. It was amazing. Warm olive oil, fresh herbs. Yum.

Okay and well this is number six, but I am glad watermelons are back in season (the season relative to Big AG, I know).

Friday’s Top 5 Things Worth Buying This Week at Publix-Sale ending 2/8

Big News: If you happen to spend a $100 or more in a shopping trip at Publix, this week’s ad has a get a free $10 gift card with $100 purchase.

If I only had five minutes to prep  before walking out the door to Publix then this is what I would buy.

Note, recently I got some Sargento cheese (after buying Kraft and Aldi’s for a while) and it is REALLY tasty.
