FLOWERS BREAD COMPANY
The Flowers shop near my house has ‘Dollar Mondays’. Even though I make most of our bread, its nice to have a couple of 100% Whole Wheat Organic Flour loaves every week. A DOLLAR each!

WALMART OPTOMETRY SHOP
My glasses from Walmart last October broke without reason? the other day. I suspect a 1 year old or 3 year old or 4 year old might have been involved. All I did was put them on one morning and they fell apart. No one owned up to it.

Anyways, luckily, they had the same pair of frames on the wall and said they could replace it today for no charge. A once a year get out of jail card. Yeah! I was out of Walmart in 15 minutes.

FREE DVD
Redbox kiosks have free rental codes available. They usually only work once per debit card. If you have a slew of cards, then you have a slew of free rentals. Every Monday (Wednesday during the summer, I think),
they give out a new code. Go here to sign up to get the free codes.

More Tips for Starting Out

Several of us moms get together at church once a week, and this week we discussed coupons and saving money.
Everyone contributed with tips. I will post my Tutorial somewhere soon.

Tip for Walmart: Bring an ad from another store and they will price match their ad.
Less running around town! Aldi’s has the best price on banana’s, so carry the Aldi ad and when you are at the
register show them and they will adjust the price to match!

A question that came up was.

Q. I see you bought 3 Cascade Farms cereals, did you use one coupon?
A. No, I had 3 coupons. You have to have a coupon for each item unless the coupon specifically states, save 1.00 on 2 ,etc.

However that being said, at Walgreens when you use their instore weekly ad coupons, or monthly ad coupons, you only have to use one coupon, the register automatically doubles or triples your coupon if you buy more than one item.
